10 outlaws held; stolen bike and heroin recovered

ISLAMABAD, September 18, 2018: Islamabad Police have arrested 10 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered stolen bike, snatched mobile phones, heroin, wine and weapons from them, a police spokesman said. He said that Sub-Inspector Khalid Javed from Shams Colony police arrested Noman and recovered stolen bike from him. ASI Zulfqar Ali from Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Islamabad police arrested Imran and recovered snatched mobile phone from him. ASI Muhammad Akram arrested Faizan for having snatched mobile phone and one 30 bore pistol while ASI Shakeel nabbed Nabeel and recovered one 30 bore pistol from him. ASI Muhammad Anwar from Aabpara police arrested Tariq Masih and recovered 12 wine bottles from him. ASI Qasim Zia from Sihala police arrested Raiz and recovered one 30 bore pistol along with ammunition from him. Sub- Inspector Muhammad Hanif and Saif-Ullah from Bhara Khau police arrested two accused Gohar and Razaq Ali and recovered two Kalashnikovs, one 44 bore rifle and one 30 bore pistol along with ammunitions from their possession. Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway from them. Senior Superintendent of Police (Operations) Najeeb-ur-Rehman Bugvi has appreciated this overall performance and directed all police officials for effective policing measures in their respective areas.
