The Law & Order, Training & Discipline Division plays a central role in enhancing public safety, maintaining peace, and strengthening community trust across Islamabad. Through a disciplined, training driven policing model, the Division ensures swift, coordinated, and lawful responses to all public safety challenges. By integrating modern training standards, continuous professional development, and community engagement practices, it prepares a highly capable police force equipped to manage emergencies with competence, integrity, and confidence.
The Division comprises two specialized units: the Anti-Riot Force (ARF) and the Capital Police College in Islamabad.
The Anti-Riot Force is Islamabad Police’s specialized crowd management and public order unit. ARF officers are trained to handle protests, demonstrations, public gatherings, and situations requiring disciplined crowd control.
