The Law & Order, Training & Discipline Division plays a central role in enhancing public safety, maintaining peace, and strengthening community trust across Islamabad. Through a disciplined, training driven policing model, the Division ensures swift, coordinated, and lawful responses to all public safety challenges. The Division comprises two specialized units: the Anti-Riot Force (ARF) and the Capital Police College in Islamabad.
The Anti-Riot Force is Islamabad Police’s specialized crowd management and public order unit. ARF officers are trained to handle protests, demonstrations, public gatherings, and situations requiring disciplined crowd control.
