(Fresh Driving License, Duplicate Driving License and Renewal of Driving License)

1. 1 - A letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) addressed to SSP Traffic/ICT for issuance of driving license to the Diplomat/officer/official of respective embassy.
2. 2 - A letter from the Embassy requesting SSP Traffic for Issuance/Renewal of Pakistani Driving License, depicting living address of the applicant in Islamabad.
3. 3 - Visa of the applicant must be valid at least 06 months from the date of application for Driving License process.
4. 4 - Photocopy of diplomatic/Non-diplomatic card issued from MOFA.
5. 5 - Photocopy of driving license if any issued from respective country.
6. 6 - Bring original passport at the time of process.
7. 7 - One Passport size picture along with form B for medical (form B is available on www.islamabadtrafficpolice.gov.pk)
8. 8 - Two copies of the above documents are required
