(Fresh Driving License, Duplicate Driving License and Renewal of Driving License)

1. 1 - A letter from the Organization in which applicant is serving or managing requesting SSP Traffic/ICT to issue/Renewal of Pakistani Driving License. The living address of the applicant should be mentioned thereon.
2. 2 - Visa of the applicant must be valid at least 06 months from the date of applying for Driving License process.
3. 3 - Proof of residence i.e. lease agreement of the house obtained on rent in Islamabad. (In shape of Affidavit) applicant will bring original affidavit along-with CNIC copy of house owner at the time of documents checking.
4. 4 - Registration Certificate of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and certificate from FBR/SECP in case the applicant is running business or the applicant is attached with any company/ firm/ organization/ NGOs in Pakistan.
5. 5 - In case of business with armed forces, the applicant should provide the letter from the respective organization/Armed Force.
6. 6 - Photocopy of company’s ID card/employee card issued from their respective organization/firm/company etc.
7. 7 - Letter from the Educational Institution (in case the applicant is student) in Islamabad, which he/she is studying, requesting to SSP Traffic for issuance of driving licence. Copy of student card should also be attached.
8. 8 - Photocopy of driving license if any issued from respective country. Also bring original driving license during process.
9. 9 - Bring original passport at the time of process.
10. One Passport size picture along with form B for medical (form B is available on www.islamabadtrafficpolice.gov.pk)
11. 10 - Two copies of the above documents are required.
