No: 1046/PRB/CPO. According to details, DIG Security Rana Umar Farooq chaired an important meeting regarding the Islamabad Police recruitment process. During the meeting, a comprehensive review was conducted of the various stages of recruitment, administrative arrangements, merit, transparency, and overall management of the process.
During the meeting, the DIG Security directed the concerned officers to ensure that the entire recruitment process is completed with full transparency, strictly on merit, and in accordance with the prescribed rules and regulations.
He emphasized that all arrangements should be finalized in a timely manner, a well-organized, secure, and candidate friendly environment should be provided, and every stage of the recruitment process should be effectively monitored to ensure that it remains transparent and fair in every respect.
Later, DIG Security Rana Umar Farooq visited F-9 Park to inspect the arrangements made for the Islamabad Police recruitment drive. During the visit, he reviewed the facilities provided for candidates, security measures, entry and exit arrangements, and other logistical preparations.
On the occasion, he instructed the relevant officers to ensure that all stages of the recruitment process are conducted in an organized, transparent, and merit-based manner.
He further directed that candidates' convenience, discipline, and security be ensured at all times, emphasizing that any negligence or lapse in the process would not be tolerated.
