No: 1055/PRB/CPO. According to the details, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi chaired a high-level meeting to review the ongoing recruitment process in Islamabad Police.
The meeting was attended via Zoom by DG Safe City/DIG Traffic, DIG Headquarters, DIG Islamabad, DIG Security, and other senior police officers, while officials of the National Police Foundation also participated.
During the meeting, a detailed review was conducted of the arrangements at recruitment test centers established in different cities across the country, the facilities being provided to candidates, the various stages of the testing process, and the overall recruitment mechanism.
IGP Islamabad directed all concerned officers to ensure that the entire recruitment process is conducted strictly in accordance with merit, transparency, and the prescribed rules and regulations, while providing equal opportunities to all candidates and maintaining the highest standards of administration at every test center.
He directed officers deployed at the test centers to personally supervise every stage of the recruitment process, ensure the convenience, guidance, and security of candidates, and complete all recruitment procedures in a well-organized, transparent, and fair manner so that every candidate is assessed solely on merit.
IGP Islamabad further directed that no negligence, favoritism, or irregularity would be tolerated during the recruitment process. All concerned officers were instructed to perform their duties with integrity, impartiality, and professionalism to ensure the selection of the most qualified and deserving candidates for Islamabad Police.
