According to the details, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Muhammad Sohail Chaudhry met with police officers deployed at various duty points to review arrangements for the protection of citizens’ lives and property and the maintenance of law and order in the city. SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza and other police officers were also present on the occasion.
The IGP Islamabad reviewed the security arrangements and directed the officers to perform their duties with dedication, vigilance and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure effective security and public safety.
He appreciated the officers performing duties in the field and emphasized that the protection of citizens’ lives and property is a foremost responsibility of Islamabad Police. He directed that an effective police presence, close monitoring and timely response be ensured at all duty points.
