No: 1095/PRB/CPO. According to details, in compliance with the special directives of the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, senior officers of Islamabad Police remain actively engaged in field operations around the clock.
As part of these efforts, senior officers conducted detailed visits to various key duty points across the federal capital. During the visits, they met with police personnel deployed at the locations and reviewed checking points as well as the overall security arrangements.
The officers instructed personnel on duty to remain highly alert and carry out their responsibilities with professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
They were directed to maintain strict vigilance over suspicious activities and remain fully prepared to respond promptly to any emergency situation.
The senior officers emphasized that the protection of citizens lives and property, along with maintaining a peaceful environment, is the foremost responsibility of the police.
They also directed officers on duty to treat citizens with courtesy and cooperation, ensuring their convenience and ease at all times, in order to further strengthen public trust and confidence in the police.
They further stated that Islamabad Police remains fully committed and operational at all times to maintain law and order, ensure effective security, and uphold the rule of law throughout the city.
