No: 1004/PRB/CPO. According to the details, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza chaired a meeting with the Muharrars of all police stations to review their performance and issue directives aimed at improving public service.
He emphasized that every citizen visiting a police station must be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. He directed Muharrars to give priority assistance to women, senior citizens, and other vulnerable members of society and ensure the prompt resolution of their grievances.
SSP Operations stated that protecting the lives and property of citizens, ensuring timely justice, and maintaining law and order are the foremost responsibilities of Islamabad Police. He urged officers to uphold the department's reputation through professionalism, integrity, and positive conduct.
He further instructed all Muharrars to perform their duties with honesty and responsibility to strengthen public confidence in the police. He said officers showing outstanding performance would be rewarded with commendation certificates and incentives, while negligence, poor performance, or misconduct toward citizens would result in strict departmental action.
He reiterated that any negligence in protecting citizens or delivering timely justice would not be tolerated under any circumstances.
