Citizens can get the copy of an FIR from PKM by providing some basic information.

Required Documents:

• 1. Original and two copies of applicant’s CNIC
• 2. Reason for getting copy of FIR
• 3. FIR Number and Police Station
• 4. Copy of relevant documents
