Step-Wise Procedure

• Visit Police Khidmat Markaz located at F-6/1 Islamabad or the nearest Police Stations

Following documents are required:

1. Applicant must be present.
2. Applicant’s passport-size photograph.
3. Copy of Passport.
4. Copy of Visa.
5. Witness CNIC Copy.
6. Sponsor CNIC Copy.
7. Residential Proof in Islamabad.
8. In case, applicant stays in Hotel and Rest House.
   * Attested staying Certificate from Hotel and Rest House owner / administration.
9. Indian National shall be registered within 24 hours and get travel permit.
10. For Late Exit Permit or Late Registration, all Foreigners will have to contact Ministry of Interior (MOI).
11. In case, wrong information is submitted, necessary action will be taken against the applicant.
