Step-Wise Procedure

• Visit Public Facilitation Center, F-6/1, Islamabad.

Following documents are required:

1. Original Registration Book.
2. Applicant’s Original CNIC.
3. Applicant’s CNIC Copy.
4. Copy of Registration Book.
5. Pictures of engine and chassis numbers on a plain page; black & white or color prints are acceptable.
6. Vehicle and documents will be inspected by Vehicle Verification Officer.
7. Rs 1500/- for motor car, Rs 1000/- for motorcycle, Rs 3500/- for motor car (forensic).
8. Vehicle Verification Officer will stamp and sign the documents.
9. Finally, the applicant will get a token for the computerized report and wait for their turn.
